Investing in our Community
UrbanPlanet was founded on the premise that internet technology can help further the missions of public policy minded organizations. 

Our community service program is an acknowledgement that not every non-profit or school can afford to pay market rates for the latest web technology.  While we can't help every worthy cause, we do select a handful of groups every year to assist through software and service donations. We enjoy seeing our technology used to improve the quality of life for Minnesotans.

Providing current and prospective parents with information about the unique qualities of each St. Paul public school is a necessity in these times of school choice

UrbanPlanet Builds Online Travel Guide for Persons with Disabilities
UrbanPlanet worked closely with Access For All, a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization, to develop an online guide for persons with disabilities traveling in Minnesota.

Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights Launches New Site
The Minneapolis based international human rights group approached UrbanPlanet to help them build a site that was responsive to the community but that also didn't require technical staff.


SPPS highlight: Horace Mann Elementary School
Horace Mann is one of over 60 St. Paul school/programs using UrbanPlanet software to create a website that gives a simple, yet powerful, representation of what defines the school and its mission.
